What is the sense of even trying to sell camaro ss stock exhaust???
So just to make me feel better please comment. What is the sense of posting a 2010 camaro ss exhaust for sale? Who is going to buy it really? It fits no other car and if some one wants a exhaust they want to upgrade. I tend to laugh a guy up near me had his stock exhaust for $700 , im like really??? Who will ever buy it?? I just want to know if even one person has sold their stock exhaust

I've seen a couple of stock exhausts sell on here, and seen some threads of people looking to buy someone's stock exhaust in good condition.
Maybe they're being suckered into buying some of these axle-backs and cat-backs that are basically just pipe with no muffler, getting it on the car, realizing it sounds ridiculous, and they want a quieter exhaust again? lol |

Before I had a ZL1, I had a V6 I moded out the A$$. The SS exhaust is 2.5" as opposed to the 2.25" stock V6 exhaust. I was able to pick up the entire OEM catback from an SS for super cheap and it was a direct bolt on. Other than a V6er using it, it would be useless for the reasons you've mentioned.

You'll probably get more opinions if you post this in the Camaro V8 LS3 / L99 Engine, Exhaust, and Bolt-On section rather than the ZL1 section.

BaylorCamaro answered the question. It's a direct bolt on for the V6. Personally, I gave mine away to one of our club members rather than cutting it up and throwing it out.

I have a V6 and I got straight 3 inch pipes and used the tips of my stock exhaust.. Sounds pretty loud but a lil raspy.. not bad for 100 buck mod.

Someone that needs to return to stock. $700 is laughable though.

$700 bills might be asking a bit too much but as mentioned, someone might need to return their car back to original. Most probably give away just to get rid of but some might need that $100.00.
