100 Pages of LPE Modding Fun!!!!!
Still wondering what happened to Pauls dyno sheet
Also still waiting on word of how the RS vs 2010 showdown turns out.
Also wondering what happened to that NA build Junkie had in the works.
As the Mod Turns...stay tuned

I haven't heard anything of Junkie's rides yet either - maybe he's holding out on us until the Fest.

I just can't wait to get the car out and drive it out to LPE in a couple weeks. I have been starting it up in the garage just to hear it run lately.

The floor compartment is for the spare, keeps it out of the way!

Both have their advantages. Personally, I like the D rings in the floor.

I see you have some D rings up front... are they in the back as well?

Track gives you infinite adjustability. I just tow cars in my trailer. D rings are better for securing heavy loads.

One thing that is worth adding would be a 3500 lb. warn winch up front with a separate battery.
Climbing in/out of your car to load/unload is no fun. I just push the winch button to load/unload. The remote winch control has a 30' cable so I can be behind the car or walk up front if needed to adjust the steering. Much easier and safer way to load your buggie.
There are 6 D rings for anchor points already. I haven't had a chance to work everything out yet or "test fit" any of the cars. I have track in my motorcycle trailer and it's great for that. I don't think it has the capacity for holding the car. I may put some in for the pit cart.

There is a good idea!
But in the words made famous by Ray Romano in Ice Age, "I'm not going!" I have been vacillating about flying there, but I am leaning towards not. Definitely not driving as being away from the companies is hard, but staring 4 days of driving down for 2 days of play would make it unbearable!

I thought about the Doghouse thing too!
But then I shouldn't have to worry about that as I just ordered the little lady a new CTS-V!

FYI, Junkie went another direction with a car.
But we won't hold that against him!

Well..... they are going to install the ZR1 Clutch, MGW Shifter, HD Half Shafts, LPE Pedals, Pedders Sway Bars, Pedders Drag Kit (Bushings) and paint the Lingenfelter on the hood. If I can get them to do the headrests, I will do that also. Can't wait

I'm actually going to drive out and drop the car off - fly home - then pick it up before the Camaro5 Fest in April.

Looks like your driveline should be in shape for Cfest. BTW, can you PM me what kinda deal you were able to find on the Forgelines. I'm supposing their website is the most expensive as to not compete with their vendors.

Thanks

559 RWHP......which is the equivalent of 630 rwhp with the same mods for an LS3.......and most likely faster than the avg driver on that car.

This is cheaper than just about anyone...even though my work at LPE was great....both did an admirable job...but for the cost....my camaro could do around 11 in the 1/4 (same mod seen in the LSX shootout)..maybe 10.9 as mentioned by Livernois...........this beats up the higher priced 565 rwhp (650 LPE) mod for the manual....with nittos on rear of my car.
Just out of curiosity did Livernois Completely rebuild your engine, new pistons, rods, forged bottom end, port and polished heads, ls9 cam, balance and blueprint?
Just want to say it's apples and oranges. There are a lot of builders who will raise the boost to make power on a stock engine, but talk to them after 20 or 30 thousand miles. Chances are if they drive them like the stole them they are on a new engine. LPE builds for long term power safely, just check into the resale value on a LPE car....people know thier reputation and are willing to pay for it even years later.

Boost is only 6.5...........I got the headers, port and polish, and cam too plus some other upgrade.....my car shows up on "james' 2010 supercharged camaro" for youtube....it runs at least as good as just before the mod...as far as driveability....and I love the sound....maybe some of you won't.

No juice/nitrous.......the torque curve was smoothed out more so at lower rpms......by that I mean my extra torque doesn't really kick in until 3000 rpms....it seems like it was more like 2400 before....at first I didn't think I would like that...but I think it makes the power more manageable off the block.....and there isn't one person that isn't impressed that I've shown it to.....certainly more distinct than before.

And yes....I believe in Lingenfelter....thats why the charger and muffler were done by them........
