People around here tend to not take kindly to bragging about which cars you beat especially with the V6. (I have a V6 too btw). Also it's much more likely that your running mid 14's rather than low 14's. It's good you're excited about the car though and I'm sure you'll find yourself right at home here on C5. Below are the most popular mod choices for what you were looking for.

1.Vararam or CAI intake

2.RX or Elite Catch Can

3.Trifecta Tune (I wouldn't bother with this until after you get LT headers or some other more major mods)

You can't get headers with a LFX.

2.RX or Elite Catch Can Again, both good catch cans. Right now I would strongly encourage your to go with the Elite Catch can due to the extended back order at RX.

3.Trifecta Tune (I wouldn't bother with this until after you get LT headers or some other more major mods) This is pretty much the only option for LFX tuning.
Great suggestions. Additional thoughts added in red.

Yes, there are no exhaust manifolds on the LFX motors, they are built into the heads.

You also have a plastic intake manifold so no intake isolator is needed.

A Vmax ported throttle body is always a good mod. Also the solo max X catback exhaust for the LFX would be good too. I have the MRT V2 Axel back exhaust. I couldn't afford a full cat back system.

Exactly. The sky is the limit. Opening up the intake and exhaust is the foundation of making more power but suspension and chassis upgrades are critical because that is how you transmit power to the pavement.
