No I haven’t .. but I have been on many cities that fit the same description.. don’t get me wrong .. I agree with you .. that is horrible to live on a place like that , that you have to even think twice on where to park your car…
Worcester Mass is no paradise either !!! like 1000s of cities in the US.

I feel your pain, and to a certain extent get your logic for parking on the yellow. However, that yellow is probably there for a reason - most likely to allow people backing out from the other side, sufficient room to maneuver. I don't enjoy saying this, but to a certain extent, you asked for it. I know, your
options were limited, but it doesn't change the facts. Get it fixed, and like some have said, get a beater.
