It was the only car in the country that had ground effects installed and color-matched by Chevrolet which is also covered under full factory warranty. Unlike some $300 paint job that would start to peal off after year. In addition there weren't many Camaros with sunroof/RS/V8/Yellow back in 2011

I took $27,000 for it as a trade-in, so technically with NY sales tax 8.875% it became $29,400

The best part of it was no headache. Gave the dealer my keys, immediately received keys for the new car, signed the title and took off in my brand new 2014 MDX.

That's cool you guys get a discount on sales tax. We have to pay tax just like we never paid it before. Used or new they don't care. The amount of the new vehicle is how much we pay on with or without a trade in.
