i wish the race ramps were not marked up in price! they would sell a ton more if they were reasonably priced!

Yeah, I'd pick up a set if they were under $100... I just don't need them enough to justify $233

i've always used my rhino ramps, but always needed two people. I always put some bricks on the rear tires just in case an unfortunate event happens.
Every little bit helps.

Those race ramps say they are rated to 3000 lbs for a pair and you guys are using them? Your not worried about them giving out on you with that weight rating? Does seem like a high rating considering how much these camaros weigh

FYI about the Rhino Ramps, it was mentioned before, but looks like some people may have missed it. The holes in the front of the rhino ramps are for tying a string to and you drive over the string to hold the ramps in place. I've had them for a long time (probably 6 years) and struggled using them on smooth concrete until my dad told me about the rope holes and made me feel like an idiot, so simple...

Have been using the 12,000 rhino ramps I got at Auto Zone also. Use them on 4th Gen too for oil changes and things. Never had a problem with them sliding, will usually get a spotter to watch the car up on the ramps to make sure their lined up straight. Much nicer than jacking the car, but still use the jack stands for safety and chock the wheels.

I have the 2 piece race ramps..They allow me to slide under side of car even with both front and rear on ramps. I did headers and made it so much easier then jacking it up.

Look... not trying to down anyone, but please... even if U use ramps... pick up a coupla jack stands and throw under there as well.

Coupla years back... a friend of my dad's had a Thunderbird narrowly take his life when the ramps gave way. He was lucky.. more or less... his life was saved as he scooted out from under just in time to clear his head from under the car.. but his arm got caught as he was pushing out.. and was crushed, leaving him without it.:(

I roll up on Ramps but then throw Jack Stands under also

Never had a problem with Rhinos when used on asphalt, or with a front wheel drive car on any surface.

After several sliding incidents on the concrete floor in the garage with my Camaro, I got the Race Ramps.
