Aside from one oil change (only 2,600 miles on my '13), I have $0 into maintenance and repairs.

Mods; well that's another story...

Besides the regular schedule oil changes. In the 17000 miles I have put on mine. The only thing that I have needed to pay for would be tires. So about $900 in 17000 miles.

As stated before, modifications now thats another story.

Since Oct 2015

3 sets of tires. 3 sets of brake pads. 1 set of rotors.

Didn't keep track of how much that costs...

2013 SS purchased Sept 2012, zero dollars spent on any repairs. Only wearable items, oil, tires and a belt.

Maintenance and mods north of $50K.

Starter,(eventually had to sand all the connection spots down by the starter for grounds and the trunk its just a bolt in a tapped hole with plastic harness in the way mounted on it from its shoulder or washer to contact the metal),....$200, changed batteries still good...$150, (little slow starting may not have been avoidable though with headers notorious for heat soaking and the stock heat shield being puny and metal itself).

Tires worn out in back by 12-15k , bought Proxes4 + for more wear/mileage on the tire and better cost effectiveness with about exactly the same summer only rating of the P zeros with AAA traction speed rating etc but a all season performance radial with a 500 wear rating compared to 220..... $1400.

Install necessary driver modifications to appearance for taste, engine to taste, drive train to taste, interior/shifter to taste, suspension modifications, why you can justify things when you did not get the Zl1 you wanted years ago and instead went with a SS in the color you wanted.... Spendy and still rising, LS30 oil and filters; a clutch for power at Real 700 RWHP monster dual disc with flywheel and a billet bearing support form monster etc LT1s about $1400 stock was fine but hey it had to be upgraded for the long run. New engine...with or without install costs $, $5000 short block forged and stroked to 428, $100 windage tray mast, high volume pump $140, $200 Cr5 chain, $1300 ported GMPP heads, $750 springs and cam and pushrods, 3 bolt cam gear, timing chain and oil pan sets and head gaskets/headers, $100 fluids/misc and A/c recharge, 2 rounds break in oil with filter $200, dyno tune$ 500, $720 stainless headers high flow cats,$500 CAI, new trailing arms and toes and LPW cover and Poly bushings $600, head bolts etc $, spark plug wires, new plugs tr6ix, $30 160 degree thermostat, catch can $200, separate clutch reservoir, belts, mechanic $ 2-3000 etc etc etc.....

A a/c belt at 200$ + wow you got soaked... Yup I got soaked worse dang rain here in Oregon...LOL Then there is the appearance mods that are must to make you original like striping then re striping.... then emblems and such and of course wheels, and a better spoiler...and how about the lights and the under hood$ get stainless or something and that's a fortune down the road if you go American car craft...... And a good grill and tint..... and louvers, and etc etc..... It adds up the maintain category ...... Then there is that needed color change I made back in 12 and a triple black vert l99 turned into a coupe with CRT paint and all the options, yup that was need for maintaining........ Might dream someday to get a second car a new zl1 when they have become used...LOL Yup that would maintain..........help split time between wearing out one engine in one car ...... But this cars a keeper......

$10k or something like that (i have no idea and dont want to know) in the last 3 years. See my sig I had to replace all that stuff. iv only put 20,000 miles on it. tires at 12k power steering pump was bad when I bought it and replaced under warranty.
$230 for a AC belt installed thats criminal. its a $45 belt and takes 5 min to install.

Zero on repairs and at 13k miles. I'm now on 2nd set of rear tires for wear and tear so next will be all 4 but going to different set up rim size altogether soon. Tires abused every chance I get to beat the hell out them. Mods.. well like others said.. that's another story.

6 turbos, three iterations of the engine, 5 transmissions, three clutches... Numerous cylinder heads, way too many broken/fouled plugs to mention, alternator, starter, batteries at least ten pairs of rear tires and a host of items I'm forgetting...

None of this includes those items replaced as a modification...

2015 here - after 1 year and almost 15k miles - nothing - not even for oil changes. They have been free.

Well...other than the insurance company repairing the t-boning some dimwit gave me 2 months after I got her - that cost the insurance company almost $17k by the time it was back to good as new plus $4500 in diminished value to me.

Bought new in Dec 2012. Only expenses after 31K miles have been gas and oil/filter changes. I do it myself along with tire rotation, so no labor either.
