They'll fix it on warranty.... With the same piece of garbage! Mine failed in 8k miles with some road course time on it. If your going to have the clutch out for whatever reason, do yourself a favor and replace it with a metal one.

Did you notice any symptoms, warnings, noises etc. prior to complete part failure?

Just wondering so we can have an idea what to look for.

130 mph on the front straight clutch in to push it into 3rd gear for a 70mph sweeping left hander and that was all she wrote. Thankfully it went into 3rd gear.

Release bearing started making noise. Once the bearing support goes it quickly starts taking other parts... Slave...clutch if it gets fluid in it.

I know that this is the week link in the system. I posted a thread about my clutch pedal going away in the 1LE forum http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=384247 turned out to be quite extensive and very informative. Believe me i drove my 1LE on track as hard as she could be driven. I was there when the dealer pulled my tranny etc out, and to my surprise that bearing was in perfect shape, we were all shocked as this week link was known by us. I had Steve's bearing put on anyway, as well as his clutch (thanks again Steve)and all is perfect.

You get lucky in regards to clutch as generally fluid does not get into the clutch and kill that too.

Clutch feels strong, my clutch fluid is not a pretty sight, and I do plan on getting that flushed here soon.
Do yourself a favour if you haven't already and put a separate resivour in for the clutch slave.

If you have to ask, you probably won't understand.
