This week Chevy released the pics of the 2013 Camaro Festival cars and they are hot wheels verts. The funny part is my wife gets so angry when I trade vehicles takes a look at those and makes a comment about wanting one. This all happens as I am buying stuff for mine....but it does make my mind entertain the thought. We both love the paint scheme on those, however I love the stripes on mine. Time will tell which side of my mind will win that battle.

I just took Camaro out for late lunch drive. Drove 30 some miles to start to temper in new 3:91 gears, plus get the feel for the Phadt coil over system.

Went to the "Perma-Grin" inn!

I have a severe love of the Hot Wheels Edition cars. I have begged Scott Settlemire to build me a one off Hot Wheels ZL1 and I will buy it. No dice. I sooooo understand your delima.

Saw 2 Summit White camaros today. One with black stripes and the other with silver stripes. Gotta say, the silver stripe on white go good together. Now, I am off to clean my camaros belly.

I started getting ready to take the car out of storage. Opened hood and see some water marks on hood liner. Popped the clips off and started washing it using soft bristle brush. Unfortunately those things get really heavy with water and tore it just a little bit. Dealership said its $100 for replacement. After the old liner dries Im just putting it back on since its not really noticeable.

I like them, but with the ADM boost gauge I lower the steering column to see the gauge. Sometimes I hit my knee when exiting the car.

Thanks Grinch! I'm waiting to see if mine looks good after it dries. If not, I'll be going that route. Do they ship it in a cardboard box so that it doesn't get folded during shipping?

Camaro5 members Rock!

A very big thank you goes out to Jason (BenningJ).Thanks to Jason we got our first real cool mod last night. He even installed it for us. Getting ready to test drive today. I am really excited about this. Never in wildest dreams ever thought we would put any mods on this car. Thanks again Jason.
