Could you take a measurement of the approach angle for me? I want to make sure before I get one that it won't scrape the front edge of it when entering or backing out of my driveway. Thanks

I have not had mine scrape at all, this car is my current daily driver. It is the same height as the bottom of the bumper where it is painted and then the splitter comes out to the front point of the bumper. I doubt you will have a problem unless you lower the car.

whenever you lengthen the lower part out it reduces the angle of approach even if it remains at the same height.
such as I show here in this illustration.
its not to scale so Maybe if you can take a direct side view picture at road level I could get a good idea by taking one of my car without one and comparing.

Yes get what you are saying, don't know if I have a way to measure that angle. Can see what I can do tomorrow. Can tell you it is going to have to be a significant incline to scrape at standard ride height.

If you could take a direct side view if your car similar to my illustration I think I could get a pretty good idea of the angle, I would appreciate it.

Thanks, that is perfect. Now to take one of my car

Edit: I just went outside and using your measurement to the peak of the nose it looks like my car sits about 3/4" higher in the front than yours does.
Could you take a measurement of how far it is from the ground to the bottom of the rubber air dam just in front of the tire? Mine is 5 1/2" if I am correct and mine does sit higher then the amount of angle change between mine before and after should put mine at about what yours was before the splitter. It may have something to do with your low profile tires compared to my 18" ones.
if you could make that measurement I asked for it would confirm my calculations.

Ok mine must not be sitting level but on a slight up slope causing mine to sit a little higher in the front, my driveway has a steep slope then it tapers down but it does slightly curve at the top, thanks
