I can help....hes helping to develop some interesting engine stuff for the LFX V6. I believe the newer 2LS models do not have a manual mode which will hold the car in one gear...also it has the higher 2.92 gearing.

With the 1LT, he can use manual mode, and it has the slighly quicker 3.27 gears.

So anyways...no he can easily throw it on the dyno when needed.

Congrats on the new ride. I just can't accept the new tail lights though….2010 lights were a lot nicer i think. Overall i like the new ride though. New toys are always fun

KMPrenger nailed it... On the 2LS since there is no real "manual mode" (sport mode), when you accelerate for the dyno run it downshifts into first gear, and continues to shift up until it hits the speed limiter. You're left with a crappy dyno graph full of huge dips from the shifts, and a torque curve that drops the entire run rather than showing something useable.

Thanks, and yes I did get it at Airport... I hate dealing with them but I don't really feel like driving hours away. The only car Sigel had that would have worked for me was yellow, and I'm not a yellow fan at all. I bought the 13 I had from Sigel and they were great to deal with though. I think this is the only Red Rock Metallic car in town so far, it was also the only one on Airports lot.

Thanks everyone for the compliments! I think this one will be around at least until the 6th gen comes out, if not forever. I think I see a supercharger in this ones future.

Haven't had a chance to take any good pics yet, but here is one of the 13 2LS and the 14 side by side before I started pulling all the mods off of the 13...
RacnJsn95,

Congrats on your '14! Excited about having a model year newer?
