I'd just like to post to thank Defenderworx for their amazing customer service. I had requested replacement side vent inserts under their 4 year manufacturer's warranty. After submitting the email to Defenderworx, I was contacted by Eric who helped me through the entire process of returning my old ones and receiving replacements. I snapped some pictures, got the RMA, sent my old ones in, and received my new set all in a couple of weeks.

Major props on your customer service guys, you rocked this one!
