Hey I just had a thought.

It's still a few weeks yet until we have a get together. I would love to see Scott's convertible. I know a few of us are in the general Syracuse/Fayetteville area? Anyone feeling like meeting up tomorrow sometime for coffee somewhere in the general vicinity?

I'm thinking maybe tomorrow afternoon. I often forget that I work nights and all of my days are generally free if need be. While most others are working at that time.

Maybe just meet up at Dunkin Donuts by Tops on RT5 past Sun Chevrolet. That's close for us I know Spike is just up the road from me, with several others in Syracuse. Could find a spot in Fayetteville too maybe. That's right in the middle.

Surprising actually, Chittenango is a pretty small town and I know of 3 fifth Gens right here. Not counting the one in the Sun Chev. Showroom HAH

I will wait until after BBOMG to get it down to him i want to maybe put a new spoiler on before he paints it.

Our official sylvan beach is June 2nd that will be the our 1 year anniversary. (Andy correct me if I’m wrong)

Someone is making spoilers for verts already? Cool, it has to be a pain with the radio antennae inside them. I've seen pics a of a few where people are installing a separate antennae though. As for JT's, I had him paint and install my Stillen Street Scene GFX. He thought it would take about 3 days, ended up taking 8. While it may look great, there was a lot of labor involved to get it there. The pieces were so full of pin holes, especially the splitter, they had to coat and sand 4-5 times to get it to not look like a piece of foam rubber when they shot the sealer on. Even after paint a few more cropped up and had to be addressed. He was well paid though as the huge hole in my bank account can attest. I do not recommend this kit to anyone unless you don't care about prep cost. Quite a bit of the cost was also the black accent stripe and SS in the recessed area I had him do. He's supposed to e-mail pics of the splitter after he shot the sealer. I'll post them later. Anyway, he says no more Stillen GFX kits for him.

Ken, I'm going to be tied up until about 4 PM. Unless my lovely lady finds more yard chores for me to do!
