I'll let you know soon, I'll be getting my car back early next week and one of the items I had done was the install of a Monster Level 3 clutch kit.

Im not supposed to let the cat out of the bag, but i am supposed to get their new twin disc installed Monday. I just dont know if it will be ready. I have a McLeod RXT as a backup just in case. I have talked to them about the twin disc and i really like what i am hearing. They have been trying to get them out for a couple years now. When it is actually ready it will be special.

You can go to the gto site and get plenty of feedback.Keep in mind the GTO weighs less than the Camaro. If we can help you with a great clutch for the Camaro let us know.

FWIW I've had a Monster clutch in my GTO now for nearly 2 years and beat the shit out of it on a regular basis.

Just picked my car up today from Livernois, they did the instal on my Monster level 3 package. I only put 50 miles on the car driving it home, but the clutch feels great! No chatter at all, and only slightly more pedal pressure than the stock clutch. I'll repost after the 500 mile break in period. This clutch will be more than I need at the track this year at 410-420rwhp but it leaves me a lot of "room" for adding HP now.

I stayed with the stock slave, the guys at Livernois checked it out and found nothing wrong with it. Hopefully I will continue to have trouble free operation, time will tell, but up to this point I've had no issues at all with the the clutch or trans. Everything I had done was to try and keep it that way as I'll be using the car at the track quite a bit this year.

I have the katech twin disc clutch kit which is the ZR1 style and it came with a slave cylinder. just wondering what everyone else is using and how they like it. If i dont hit that clutch pedal to the floor hard at high rpm ill get the second gear grind. but i cant keep throwing money out the window to solve this so everyones input on thier different clutch packages is appreciated.
