Help Whats this noise!!?

Hey guys this is the second time in two weeks this noise has come from my engine bay. Last time it happened on my way home from work at night and I heard this noise. I just drove the car 5 minutes to the dealer wrote a detailed explanation of what I was hearing and left my keys in the drop box. The next day the prognosses from the dealer is that I really need oil and that they cant get the car to make the sound. The wierd part about them telling me is I need oil because it would be the 4th oil change in 14,000 miles. I reluctantly paid the 98.00 for the oil change hopeing the sound would be gone but I was wrong. It happened again tonight and I got it on tape. Please go to youtube watch the video and help me try to find out what this sound is,, As far as I can feel no loss in power or anything just this terrible sound. please help.
by the way its a 2010 2lt rs thats been mine since day one , totally baby this thing and only has 14000 miles wTF

Have you thought about taking your Camaro to a dealership for a proper diagnosis? Please let us know if you have any questions or if this is an available option to you.

I brought it to my dealer Hawthorne Chevrolet in north jersey. They couldn't replicate the problem and in the end I paid 100 bucks for an oil change that they recommended when the car had 32% left on the computer. I had to stop them from flushing the oil which woulda cost me another couple hundred. The car only has 14000 miles on it I fealt that was ridiculous. I feel kind of helpless because this strange sound keeps coming and my dealer can't help me and I'm afraid they just try to wack me with unnecessary stuff. What do I do

No exhaust rubbing I got a pro to fully weld it and there's no touching between the exhaust and the car
