1LE (SS) Insurance
I just received my VIN today and wanted to verify my insurance quote was correct....I had to chuckle at my rate for my 2013 Camaro.
Full disclosure: State Farm (I have used the same company for 22 years) 39 years/old No Ticket/At Fault Accidents (on record) I use State Farm for Home Owners, I get Multi car and no claims discount. I registered this one as a pleasure vehicle, less than 7500 miles per year. $500 Collision/$0 Comprehensive Deductibles Grand total: $425.24 total / 6 months......$54 total/ storage 6 months I laughed at how cheap it was......At least I think it is.... What are you guys paying? -Matt

State Farm (Insurance is in Dad's name, he's been with them for 20+ years) 18 years/old No Ticket/At Fault Accidents I have good driver, multi line, multi vehcile, drivers education, good student, and steer clear discounts. (It's about 40% off) The car is listed as primary use, with my dad as the primary driver and me as a secondary driver. $500 Collision/$250 Comprehensive Deductibles ...and the grand total.... $800 for six months. If I get into an at fault accident or get a ticket my insurance will double.

I am 30 and it cost me $300 extra for 6 months on top of my other car. This is the first car in us to get all 5 star crash ratings I think.

also with State Farm. 1995 4runner 2005 Honda VTX 1800 motorcycle 2007 Camry Hybrid 2012 Camaro SS Convertible Also have the House, Multi-car Discount, and Earthquake Coverage, clean record discounts. $250 deductible on comp $500 deductible on collision $300K/$500k/$100K coverage ($300K per person liability, $500K per accident, $100K property) all the vehicles are registered as pleasure with under 7,500 per year because they are rotated and I only average about 5,000 miles per year on any one of them (work 5.5 miles from home). I pay $368 / 6 months on the cars. I am a bit older than you (45) and like you have had State Farm for a long time (28 years)..

For the most part we all seem to be doing fairly well with the Camaro insurance.
For comparison I was quoted about $200/6mths higher for a 2013 Mustang from my agent.
