Axles are changed out and will put wheels back on tomorrow and test drive. I have to say, Chris / GeForce are a great company no mater how this turns out. That he took the time to answer my questions through PM is one thing but to do it late on a Sunday night is great. Thanks Chris.

s/ Tom

A round spring would be the tension spring on the back of the diff seal. Could have hit the seal during install and dislodged it.

Ok, got the stock axles in and went for a good long drive to include parking lots with "S" turns and U-Turns. Not a sound out of ordinary. So my GeForce axles are bad. Which one I don't know since I changed them both out together. Waiting for Chris to PM me back with instructions on how to get them back to them to inspect and fix. Wish I could do it here in Ca. but oh well. Thanks everyone for your help. Please don't take this as a slam on GeForce. I know others with their axles who haven't had a problem. There customer service is the best and they haven't given me any reason not to trust their product.

PM'd ya. Send em in and we will tear them down and see what the problem is. More then likely it's a worn cv joint.
Sorry about the hassle, this doesn't happen very often.

Thanks
Chris

Shit happens, and the Lifetime warranty is what makes GFORCE the best, IMO.

Agreed. Chris has been real accommodating on this. Appreciate his help.

Update, Axles are on the way back to him. Will wait to hear the prognosis in a week or so.
