I would like to see a Gen6 look like the original 5th Gen but use the LS3 with the 10 Speed Automatic with about 475 HP Stock. I would buy one.

Older yes......crappy? You will be alright....maybe not. The 5th gen will alway be rembered as a huge success.. .once the 7th gen comes out the 6th gen will just be the old model known to be quick but not very popular. Now saying that it doesnt make me not like the 6th gen......but the excitment outside this forum just isnt there.

You know you will need to call for help for an extraction if your doing anything in the backseat. Ive been back there cleaning the rear window.....i pity my wife if we were both in tbe back seat.

I did the 5th gen style experience for six and a half years. I always liked the look of it (I don't know if it's "classic" except in the sense that it was inspired by a classic), but especially having bought before the 5th gen refresh's giving us a preview of things to come, I like having something new and modern, yet familiar, even more.

So no, would never buy a kit to make my 6th look like a 5th.

WTF? Who in their right mind would by a 6th gen and make it look like a 5th gen? Is this even a serious question?

Here's an idea! Go buy a 5th gen and make it look like a 5th gen!!

Maybe with all the flexibility offered by modern custom fabrication, it could be even closer to the style of the original Camaro Concept than even the 5th gen was.

Pros:
You would get the nicer interior and all technological improvements of the 6th gen yet with the very iconic styling of the concept car.

Cons:
You'd be paying a premium for what would essentially be an old design that would be within 80% similarity or so of thousands of much cheaper cars on the road.
Just for your info ..the whole Tans Am conversion started with the 5th gen Camaro a few years ago.
