Has the love for the LLT died?

I will look on here from time to time and not see a lot going on. My first 5th gen was the LLT and this page was constantly changing back then. Just seems its really died off.

Since the LLT is now getting a little older, and not for sale anymore, the information and input will be reduced too. Along with it has been a long cold winter so not as much going on in many of the forums. I check into this and the LFX section everyday.

Yep...it has died down. But that's to be expected for the LLT in my opinion. There are now more LFX Camaros out there than LLT and not really anything new going on for the LLT. That's what I'd expect. Still a few interesting bits pop up every now and then, and I do check in, but I'm not always viewing this section every time I visit the site.

Used to be that I was always checking this section of the site multiple times a day.

Considering it was just in production for the Camaro for 2 years, I think the LLT is still getting a respectable amount of attention.

Tampa Tuning just referred to it as "the little engine that could" because they've been able to access it's difficult chip with HP Tuners software.

I'm looking forward to seeing their results and hopeful each LLT success story initiates more interest- and more dollars spent. Because that's the reason an engine becomes an icon or an asterisk!

I'm sad that the lack of competition won't drive down the price of the IPF supercharger, I really want one.

Edit: Let me rephrase. With the lack of FI competition, I'm sad to see the price of the IPF supercharger won't be dropping anytime soon.

Lack of competition would never do that. We'd need more competition for that to happen

Blame it on the Bosch ECU

But it is sad
Used to be a fun close knit section

People looking to get the latest info on the 2016 now. If they live up to the expectations I will probably get a 2016 SS manual this fall. Or may wait to see what the 2016 Mustang GT changes/tweaks will be.

I had to upgrade from mine. Just wasn't happy with the power. Hell now I'm not happy with the power of my SS but I have a LSA blower sitting here on my floor waiting for install.

The whole time I had my LLT I wanted a roots style blower. No one ever made one so I been thinking about making adapters for the LSA to fit the LLT.

Love died - no
A lot of outside interest died - yes

It happens when GM goes with a different motor choice.

I still love mine and love to push it in autocross.

Will be picking up another car this summer but will always keep my LLT and when the engine goes I'll swap something else in there.
