I hope some other forum vendors take notes on how "bigworm" handled this matter. He was not defensive, and offered to make it right! Great customer service Bigworm!!!

I used the ones made by GT STyling on mine since they attach with velcro 3m tape so you can remove them as necessary.

Bigworm blacked out my bowties for me and installed them for free -- they look great and couldn't have asked for better service. Nothing but thumbs up from me.

Whats the way you guys have been going about blacking out your tails and markers?
What is your problem??????? Why would you go and post against someone who is willing to refund you because your not happy with a product. You have no regard this is someone's business and your total disregard toward decency really is uncalled for. Good job Big Worm answering your customers....I am sure you are a stand up company

I know of one other vendor that frequents this forum that has horrible customer service. I won't name any names, I'm sure some of you know who i mean.

If they don't fit and look disgusting, post some pictures so we can decide...

I used BW bowtie blackouts to replace another vendors 2 piece bowtie.

I only needed the front bowtie, and they over-delivered, Kudos to BW for taking care of their customers.

I ordered their blackout kit and only received 2 blackout vinyls instead of 4. Called them right up and too care of me no questions asked. Very great company!

Thanks for everyone's positive comments on this matter. The tail light covers are labeled for which light they go to on the backside, there is also a diagram included that further explains what goes where. So the wrong light cover may have been put on the wrong light. This is why I encourage people to call me if they are unsure of anything. I don't mind people calling and will talk to you or return the call quickly even if I'm eating dinner.

I'm leaving for Memphis for LSX shootout, so if you need to ask a question call me at 817-448-9741. I'll be checking e-mail and PMs at night, but if you need a reponse right away call. I'll be back in town on Monday to get weekend orders out by the UPS 8 pm deadine.
