Southeast Michigan Meet & Greet

Hello everyone. A few of us Camaro owners are putting together a caravan for the Telegraph Cruise on Saturday, July 24th 2010. We'd like to get all of the Camaro owners from southeastern Michigan together, meet up first then head out. As you know. The Camaro is a highly desired performance car. Lots of people, young and old really love to view the sleek and powerful body curves. The weather is suppost to be awesome this weekend and this would be a great time to meet and greet and introduce ourselves before the cruise. Also, I spoke to dermo1989 and he suggested a meet and greet on Friday evening 6:00pm before the Saturday cruise. In Taylor just south of Gardner White Furniture on the west side of Telegraph. There was an old Forest City that was torn down. Now its just an empty parking lot. Were hoping to get some interest from fellow camaro owners here. No money down, no payments... No cash required! LOL...
Our Ultimate goal is to gather enough Camaro owners interest to form a caravan and head up to the Woodward Cruise in August. Which I'm sure you all know. Is the Ultimate Cruise in the U.S.! So come on down, Don't be shy. We all love our camaro's and we'd love to meet you and your significate other. If you can't make it Friday and would like to do the caravan cruise Saturday. No problem. I will update this site with the time and location for the Saturday meeting place and time.

I use to cruise Telegraph back in the early 80's (grew up in Dearbron). Would love to come out and do it again. However, I will be in Grand Rapids this weekend.

I will be on Woodward this year thou .......see you out there.

I would love to.....BUT...you all are from Michigan...I go to Ohio state...can't have that.

Haha I'm just picking, I would love to go! It's a good 3 hour drive from Columbus, but I'll see what I can do. I work Saturday night and have a golf outting Sunday morning so I'm still undecided, but a camaro cruise is what I've been dying to do since I ordered Betty Paige back in March of 09'

I cannot wait to come back to Michigan with mine and cruise with everyone. I'm originally from the Sterling Heights area but will travel just about anywhere. Love road trips. I and darn, I would have to drive a sweet a$$ Camaro.. lol Well for all the ones that I will miss, Hope everyone has fun and drives safe.

It was an awesome day for the cruise. Lots of cars and trucks of all years. It suprised me that the police were letting everyone who wanted too. Do burn outs. Not hassing them at all. I wasn't able to stay for long. But the time I was there was pretty cool. Sorry if you missed it. There always next year...

If you guys need a spot to park on the day of the Dream Cruise, Street Lethal Performance (4th gen and 5th gen FBody club) and Michigan FBody Association both usually park at 19 Mile Rd (Square Lake) and Woodward in the plaza where Staples is. It's further north than the main action but it's a huge parking lot and it's free.

Meet up with dermo1989 tonight at the local Telegraph Rd. Big Boys Car Show in Flat Rock Michigan. Hundred of cars and held every Monday night thru out the summer. We dicussed and we've got a few other Camaro owners that would like to caravan to the Woodward Dream Cruise Saturday Aug 21st, 2010 from the Downriver area. But, because I will be out of town on Aug 21st,2010. (Going on our annual family, friends, guest, and someone named Joe. "?" canoe'ing trip.) That somehow got scheduled for the 21st. I'd pull my hair out. But I don't have any....

We discussed doing a Friday Night caravan Aug 20th up Telegraph north to square lake and over to Woodward. Were looking for additional interest. So, If your a C5 member or haven't joined yet (join already. its free). Aug 20th and 21st is time to show off your 2010 Camaro sexy beast on the run way cruise... And you could even join along the way. And even if you can't do the Friday Night Caravan to the Woodward Dream Cruise. Then you must make it to the Saturday Dream Cruise. You won't regret it...
