Emission issues... help!!!

So I got a 2010 camaro 1LT it's been tuned because it has a new Borla exhaust and I kept trying to pass emissions and I can't, I'm missing the catalytic converters the EVAP system and a couple of other small stuff. I don't know much about cars so this is all I know so far. I can go back to stock but it's very pricy since I'll change everything back to how it is now. I've heard about having it tuned and saying that the catalytic converter is unsupported and the evap too but does it actually help? Are there other options? Or is it best to just go to stock ?
Thank you!

Does it have long tube headers? In order to pass emissions in most states, you're going to need cats and no check engine light period. If it has long tube headers, assuming nothing else is wrong, all you have to do is put a catted mid pipe on with o2 extenders and you'll pass. With shorty headers or the stock manifolds, you could buy an oem cat or solo performance hiflow cats and they'll bolt on as a direct fit.

I would talk with your tuner, it shouldn't be a big deal to get it to pass.

Your tuner sucks. Although if you just had it flashed you will need to drive through a few cycles (on/off, up to temp, etc) and potentially a couple hundred miles to get it to see all the appropriate ready statuses.

You guys seem to forget that some states do visual inspections on top of testing the actual smog levels.. He's gonna need cats most likely..

Some things will probably need replaced. But not the whole exhaust. We need a little information on what the exhaust system consists of. Did you buy the car this way or did you have exhaust installed? If this is your doing.....who tuned and with what?
