Don Hewlett Chevrolet in Georgetown... How friendly is the service dept w/ mods?? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Just seeing if anyone has had any warranty work done at Don Hewlett Chevy in Georgetown. I bought my car new from Classic in Grandbury last year but I live in g-town so I am just curious if they have a mod-friendly service manager or one of those kind who have a stick up their butt with something as little as a K&N filter.

i've have warranty work done at Hewlett, but not any mods. Now, i can vouch for Henna. I talked to the svc mgr there in detail, and he was very helpful. He said as long as the mods doesn't directly cause the problem, they will still warranty the OEM parts. He said they have a lot of corvettes with mods, and a lot of trucks with lift kits that come in, and they still do warranty work on them. I'm sure you know where Henna is, but if not, it' at IH-35 @ the Rundberg exit. If you're heading North, exit Rundberg, it's right off the access road on the right. If you're heading South, exit Rundberg, make a U-turn, and on your right.

On the warranty work that Don Hewlett did for you... Did they meet your expectations? Satisfied with the service?

Ive just heard some bad things in the past about hewlett's service.
