Keep in mind that the A/S 3's advantage comes in during cold weather where the PSS grip will drop off like it does for virtually all summer performance tires. That being the main reason for being interested in any sort of all-season tire in the first place.

Glad I have a winter vehicle - do not want the All-Season look/feel for my 1LE

But as it is the only vehicle, it makes sense as the F1's are NOT good cold weather tires at all - ha!

Yeah I thought that was a funny pic when I saw my car like that. I agree that the tires don't look as good as the originals and I don't drive my car in the rain or even if it looks like there is a possibility of rain but I do want to drive it in the cold weather. I am trying to post some pics with the new tires on it but I can't get them to upload.

Here are some pics of my new AS3's on my car, I think. I'm having trouble uploading them onto the site. I've only driven the car about twenty miles since they were installed so I can't provide any feedback on performance or ride but I think Tramtwo did a good job with that. No luck on the pics. I think it might be a site issue. I'll try again later.

No, my Goodyears only have 1,600 miles on them but it has gotten down into the twenties here already and I want to be able to drive in the cold weather. I took it out this morning to check out the White 1SS 1LE for sale at the local Chevy dealer and it was 28 degrees.

I got mine put on yesterday. They seem very nice. Not much road noise like the GY. I will post later on how they handled as I'm going to Ft. Leonard Wood, MO next weekend. See pics below.
