Installed Koni Orange and I now have squeaks

I just had my dealer install Koni Orange front and rear on my V6, along with the Hotchkis 1" lowering springs. Now I have squeaks from the rear and the tech says that it sounds like it is coming from the rear shocks. I am going to drive it for 1 week to see if it goes away. Any thoughts or advice?

Some other owners have reported clearance issues with the Koni Orange strut. See here- http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=406866

Thanks I saw that. I figure if I drive it for 1 week it will show any fitment issues with rub marks. I can make the car squeak by opening the trunk and pushing the car up and down from the center panel. Arghhh

I doubt the squeak is coming from the tire rubbing on the strut spring perch. Do you have any aftermarket arms, bars or bushings installed?

Yes. BMR front bar and sway links. BMR rear sway links and stock bar (waiting for correct replacement bar from BMR). I also now have slow speed klunks in the front.

Very interested to hear more info on this... I'm dealing with the same thing (no klunks in the front yet though).

Tighten the endlnks and lube the front sway bar bushings. Let us know if that helps.

Any thoughts on the rear squeak?

Start by lubing the rear sway.

The clunking on mine got worse after installing Koni Oranges as well, also I have clearance issues with 275/40s in front.

Nothing really to do about the clunking, I think it's a flaw in the OEM strut design, my sway bar endlinks are fine and the OEM struts did it too. It's just more noisy with the Koni oranges.

No squeaking though from mine, I have a 1LE bar in the rear though, no aftermarket bars or bushings.

I am waiting to hear from Koni but the vendors that I spoke with this morning said that it should be as quiet as stock.

That is correct. No reason for any noise with Koni struts.

Camaros have always had a front end knocking noise over some bumps at low speed.

Look around on the net and lots of people complain about it. I don't think it's the strut itself, I think it's the way the strut is mounted to the body in the top. It could be the bearing in the rubber isolator is a bit more worn on my car, I probably should have replaced them with the struts.
