FYI, the IV was not to help him recover from drinking.

He went on a birthday cruise and came down with norovirus from an improperly cleaned cruise ship.

I wouldn't say improperly cleaned.... they did their best... that is a big ass boat to get everything... they delayed our departure a bit so they could clean extra.

At least I wasnt on the Royal Caribbean boat from last week that had 700+ people get that same bug... the mess they would have had... ugh.
