Dylan, two 2" pads on the Cyclone would equal 25 sq in of surface area compared to 28 sq in on a 6" pad, so you can't say the Cyclone covers a larger area. Just sayin' bud. Don't want you to be accused of cheesy advertising due to your wording.

They are 4" pads, not 2".

As Nick pointed out, theres two 4" pads on the cyclo... and I probably should have worded that better. Its not necessarily the contact patch so much as it is the contact PATH... with vertical movements the tool is touching a nearly 9" wide area (two 4" pads + 5/16" throw in either direction)

Sorry for the inconvenience. We're working on it right now... unfortunately b/c of the holiday getting the host or any techs to work on it has been like pulling teeth. So much for dedicated support... must be an asterisk in the agreement that says "except when we're busy bar b qing on the 4th"
