1. With reg's like that, I'm glad I don't live in Cali.
2. 60K to 100K? Wow...that's going to be a lot of Volts! And if they turn out like GM promises, I can only imagine strong GM will get...financially, etc. 3. Anthem...no idea right now. |

Living in Cali sucks for those reasons. We can't even change our air filter without a DOT sticker. Fix it ticket for aftermarket intake and most exhausts.

Wow, we're getting more concrete info on the Volt than the Camaro it seems.

The volt comes out first, it makes sense to me.

GM want's anything Volt to be as transparent as possible (except for specs and the like - no point in tipping off the competition).
Because of this, I'm sure - professors are already talking about it as the next big thing in the Auto world in our school. Which, IMO - it is! I think it's a good idea. |

I think it's kinda nice getting more info on the Volt. I'm thinking about getting one if they're still around when I'm done with my Camaro. Or if I'll keep one as a winter car/family car and keep my Camaro

Ever since they introduced the Volt, which blindsided me ...I've felt it was genious!
Not as a 'solution'. But as an intermediate phase. The real solution is pure electric cars. Plus, this way, GM can dabble in the 'arts' of electric vehicles, while they're just starting up.And eventually offer Tesla-type performance (battery power/charge-life), for Chevy/GM prices.... |

I agree, the Volt is definetly not a solution, but it's a great step. Plus it looks really sporty for a hybrid

I said it before and I'll say it again, I love Mr. Lutz. Mr. Lutz made me a car guy while at Dodge when he pushed and created the Dodge Viper and he is now calling me home with the new Camaro.
You know, when my wife get's a new small-mid SUV...because of what I see from them I'll consider checking them out while right now they really don't have a great small-midsize CUV (I mean). GREAT JOB GM!!!!
