my wheels are 20x8.5 front 20x10 rear with 20mm offset all around and the tires are 225-35-20 front 245-35-20 rear but my next set of tires are gona be 235-45-20 front and 265-40-20 rear..... hopefully the taller tires will close the fender gap enough to where i dont have to lower it much more cuz i already lower it 1.7 all around and it hits but thats part of the low life

Pretty sure SUX2BU is talking about the ridiculous stretching of the tires leaving the rim sticking out.

I agree with him. Can't be good for performance.

Curb feelers......

Looks like someone could barely afford the wheels and made their left over tires fit.

In all reality, wouldn't a slight bump possibly break the seal on the tire? Beyond looking like crap I would think they would be an annoying PITA.

It's really sad, because this pic looks like the car would look sooo bad ass with these wheels the proper width/offset and proper tires.

Yup I did. Had to adjust the height once though. I was too low to get down my driveway at first.

You see stretched tires on cars at Hot Import Nights and other larger car shows where super low cars are the hot thing. People fail to realize that these cars are SHOW CARS ONLY and they never see anything other than the show floor and the trailers they stay on between shows.

There are other ways to adjust your wheels so that they don't hit your fenders. Getting rims with the correct offset is a big help. A stretched tire is a very bad thing. The sidewalls absord none of the impact from bumps in the street, and usually your rims are what takes up. I was in the import scene for awhile and guys with these stretched setups would usually buy 6 rims at a time when they got new rims because they would damage their rims so often. But hey it's your money.
