2010 Camaro Wheel Info
My first post and hopefully a good one. Been lurking around the forum getting information about the new Camaro and thought I would pass on some that I found while doing my research.
The wheel spec info I found on Bigwheels.net: Bolt Pattern: 5x120 Offset Range: 35 to 45 Wheel Size Range: 20x8.0 to 22x9.5 OEM Tire Size (Front): 245/45-20 (245x729 mm) OEM Tire Size (Rear): 275/40-20 (275x728 mm) Here is a link to the info and some wheels for the Camaro: http://www.bigwheels.net/?location=w...le=Camaro%20SS Some wheels listed for the Camaro from Discount Tire: http://www.discounttiredirect.com/di...rw=&vid=016070 As more cars get made I'm sure there will be a better selection of wheels. Hopefully in 6 months I can add a new SS to my garage!!! Jim |

Cool thanks for the info on the offsets. There have been questions about that for some time now.

Yeah thanks! When I purchase the car I'll probably have after market 22" ready to be installed so this information is crucial!
Thanks again |

so you can't fit a 22x10 in the rear?? That would really suck if true.

According to Bigwheels.net the widest rear wheel you can run is a 9.5 inch, however Discount Tire Direct has several 20 inch wheels that are 20X10. You might be able to fit it if you get the correct offset.

Oldbie that nobody knows

The only wheels available for the car so far from TireRack.com aren't half bad either. I still want my TTM's, though.

No the wheels on the Camaro are not the same as the vette. They are 5x120.65, and the Camaro's are 5x120. Not alot of difference but there is a difference.

ok so im kinda confused about the wheel terminology lol
for example I know that 305/35/22 means 305 mm width the 35 is the width from edge of the rim to edge of the tire and the 22 is the rim size but what does this mean : Bolt Pattern: 5x120 Offset Range: 35 to 45

I would guess that they are 5x120 +48 since the GTO and G8 are both that spec, (i believe)
Since all 3 cars are Australian built or designed. bottom line, someone needs to look on the inside of the wheel to see if it says P48 inside one of the spokes, |
