'85 Camaro vs. '87 Mustang and '91 Firebird
hey me and some friends of mine were arguing about who has the better car, and we each think it is ours. I have the camaro, its an '85 2.8 liter V6 camaro berlinetta. Now the firebird is in pretty bad shape, so that isnt the one im worried about. its the mustang, because this guy takes such good care of that car that its almost like new. I do know, however, that most of the parts in it are stock, and it is a convertible. but the thing is wicked fast This is the mustang
This is my camaro and this is the firebird. each of these pics was taken at our respective houses about a month ago, and we are racing in a week. do i have a chance? Last edited by Supercamaro64; 12-09-2008 at 05:41 PM. |

pictures work, looks like the 'Stang has a 5.0 so i would think that the race would be his (but i'm not positive) so tell him that since he has a V8 and you a V6 he should remove 2 spark plugs to make it even()

yea but he also sucks at driving lol and wouldnt his convertible top make him heavier? plus, the camaro and firebird are stick, and the stang is slapstick

The stang with the 5.0 and an average driver with a lead foot will still win against your V6's stock vs stock, even with an automatic tranny vs your sticks.. Especially since his car looks to be in the best shape of the three.

If you side-swipe him at the launch you could win!

sorry, but those 5.0s are solid engines if taken care of like that guy has. the 2.8 ain't got much on it, so it's gonna be a driver's race (and that's only if he really really stinks)
