I saw, I bought. (I do feel bad for the folks that are waiting so long.)

After having quite a few sell before I even had the chance to look, I had to jump all over this opportunity.

Picked it up at a local dealership in NE Ohio today. As it turns out it's the same dealership that my dad purchased his 1969 SS (396) 40 years ago. I didn't know that until I purchased it.

I now have a "summer" car to pair with my "winter" car. I drive 51 miles one-way to work so this will allow me to split the mileage between 2 cars and not kill my poor WRX.....which is a blast to drive as well.

I am happy I was able to pick up the 1SS/RS before it sold. Eventually I'll put white racing stripes on the blue beast. My dad's car was Midnight Blue with white racing stripes. Too bad he had to sell it in the 80's to feed 3 rugrats. In the sun, my car almost looks purple.....uggg, so i'm going to need those stripes.

A+ for GM on this one.

I like wrx's too don't get me wrong but it sorts looks like a toy car beside your badass camaro in that pic.

Lou Wollam Chevrolet in Cortland. In and out.

I also went with 5.32% from Chase because my mortgage and accounts are with them. Just easier to manage.

Car has a sunroof and Boston Acoustic stereo system which I did't care to have but couldn't wait.

My 2 year old daughter has called OnStar twice already. Fun apologizing for those calls.

I'll be sure to be at the Summit event. It's like 25 minutes from my house.

WRX is my "family 4-door".....at least that's what i told my wife when i got it.

I was thinking the same thing when I first saw the pic. The camaro just looks mean in comparison.
