Cleartastic Plus Film for Gill Area Protection
There haven't been too many comments on this product or any threads with pictures so I figured I'd post some.
Installation was actually pretty easy. The kit comes with three pieces that are pre-cut. One piece for in front of the gills, behind the gills, and below the gills. The gills themselves are left uncovered, but I have not had any issues with rock chips. This film is virtually invisible. You have to be looking for it to really notice. In fact, I have not had anyone point it out yet. I have to say, I'm pretty satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a way to protect the gill area from rock chips. |
