I'll be in Darlington, SC for the East Coast Shootout - GM IRS cars, lots of GTO's.

So I'll be getting some times for this new setup soon. I'm also moving up from Nitto 555R's to Mickey Thompson ET Street II's, so I expect to HOOK!

Well I'm hoping to get close. I think if padre would have kept at it he would have got there. I have a few little tricks up my sleeve. I'm not the average hot rodder lol. I had a daily driven third gen that ran mid 11's at mid 120's trap speed. That was 11 years ago. Beating up on the ls1 cars lol. I feel that my first time out with the few little things I've done and it ran a 12.43 spinning...I think I can knock it down a little. Don't hurt to try.

I can't wait to see what padre's car runs now !

Padre - Great car and look forward to meeting you at the shootout. I went the 555r route for the time being just to get through the shootout. 18s will be coming in the spring.

Best: 11.769 @ 117.40, 1.704, 7.579 @ 92.94.
DA was 334.

Backed it w/ a 11.795 @ 116.39, and two 11.9's

Mainly working on shift points and hooking.

Lot's of fast cars!

Well, I just don't have it in me to lift. 2nd round in the brackets and I was ahead of my competition. I thought "lift so I don't break out or ride it for a new PB?"

You can guess my answer:

11.731 @ 117.58, 1.695, 7.547 @ 93.24

So I lost the bracket.

Thanks guys, I met+ my goals, so happy.

Race weight w/ me, no pass seat, 1/4 tank:
3905 (3745 w/o me)

I ran the stock battery. The Braille would have brought me to 3720.
