Where is the best places to take your car for alignment? My first shot was Pep Boys but to many bad reviews so i went to Sears... I hope i don't regret it!

You're probably better off going to your dealer then those places. Look for a shop with a hunter alignment machine (and hope they know how to use it). When it's done ask for a print out of all the before and after alignment specs.

discount tire has a lifetime alignement program $190 and you can get it aligned every day if you want.

I have had it for my last 3 vehicles, get it done every 6 months when I rotate and rebalance the tires.

now I will say this.

it's not about the shop, it's about the workers in the shop, the Discount I use is owned by a car guy, he has a frame off restored 1962 'Vette and I wanted the progress of the restore, he also has a '66 SS Impala.

He cares, and knows his $hit and so do his workers..

He also has a special alignment rack for low(or lowered) vehicles as not to damage them..

--

best is to do some research and drive by some shops and talk to the techs and advisors.. because the bottom line is if you aren't comfortable with the shop and it's workers then it won't matter, because you always feel that it (whatever the work done was) isn't right..

True, it is kinda a tough question to answer without knowing your local shops.

What gets inspected gets respected. Print this information and take it with you for your next alignment. Explain to the manager you want your car aligned dead nut balls on accurate to the specifications you slect. Tell them you will not accept anything less. Expect to pay more that the stated rate as this will take longer.

When you install your lowering coils you'll need to follow the Bush Timing instructions.

Bush Timing

Step 1. Lift the car on a two post lift and raise it.

Step 2. Loosen the following bolts/nuts:
Front:
---Inner Control Arm Bushing
---Inner Radius Rod
Rear:
---Trailing Arm Bushings (both ends)
---Toe Rod Bushings (both ends)
---Lower Control Arm Bushings (Inner)
---Upper Control Arm Bushings (Rearward)
---Lower Strut Bushings

Step 3.
Lower the car and drive it around the parking lot SLOWLY and on to the alignment lift.

Step 4.
With the weight of the car on the wheels tighten all of the nuts/bolts to spec.

Step 5.
Align the car at the new ride height.

Any place that's involved in road racing or possibly circle track.

Even if you only want the OE settings, you're going to get it done by somebody who is used to doing better jobs than "putting the indicators somewhere in the green and calling it done".

These guys are more or less west of Philly http://phoenixperformance.net/

Firestone......Lifetime warr.you can align the car every week forever if you want i suggest at least once every six months. nationwide.and ASE certified Tech.Hell we do the chevy dealerships alignments. But hey im a little biased. The lifetime option basically has you pay 149.99 one time a one time alignment goes for 89.99 so do the math
