Should i pre drill the holes before i get it painted, or after its painted. Or does it even matter?

Huh? Drill what holes?

If you have to have holes in a painted item it is usually best practice to drill them out first then paint.

So whats it look like then? I did not realize this... I was thinking it was like the stock on with studs on it so I could bolt it on.

haven't actually recieved the spoiler yet, but from what i understand is that you have to drill the mounting holes into the spoiler. Not an issue as long as im not drilling holes in my car, like the GM dovetail spoiler.
