Should i pre drill the holes before i get it painted, or after its painted. Or does it even matter?

If you have to have holes in a painted item it is usually best practice to drill them out first then paint.

haven't actually recieved the spoiler yet, but from what i understand is that you have to drill the mounting holes into the spoiler. Not an issue as long as im not drilling holes in my car, like the GM dovetail spoiler.
