Wiper Blade removal??

I have never replaced any wiper blades on my car, and the other day when it was raining one of the little blades ripped, so i bought some new ones... how do I take off the old wiper blades because i just cant seem to figure it out.

there is a clip on the top, lift it up and they come right off.

Lift the clip, slide the wiper assembly toward the base of the wiper arm.
