Audison bitone.1 issues

Hello All,
Looking for a little insight from anyone who has installed a bitone.1 in their vehicle. I installed the bitone.1, and it sounds great, but I am having a few issues. The Bluetooth volume is a little raspy, and the navigation voice is extremely low, as well as the backup chimes.

A little background on the install....
I am using the low level inputs from the radio directly into the bit one via soldering RCA plugs, instead of using the high level output from the amplifier.

I am stumped on why the levels for the accessories would be so low, but the music is playing great.

Any help is appreciated!!

HG

Known issue. Call the dealer and have them perform the firmware update.

Hoping you didn't spend this kind of cash for the stock system, because myLink is already tuned for the Camaro sound stage and stock speakers.
