Will a cat back exhuast get rid of that high pitched whisp sound?

Hopefully you guy know what I am talking about when the car is idling. Hard to describe.

I haven't noticed any wisp. Is it very noticeable in your car or pretty quiet?

It is noticeable but quiet. I have heard it on you tube with axle back systems too.

Had an axle back...never heard a wisp. Only sound at idle was the A/C fan

What?? There was no "wisp" when I had the stock exhaust.
