I will be running a water to air intercooler and will be trying to set record with IRS and eventually swapping to a solid axle

How about that rear, still planning on keeping the IRS or making the switch to solid axle?

Great looking build by the way.

Going to have to figure out where this combo likes to be to keep a motor together for a season as Im not looking to max it out and only run a few times. The guy I bought it from was running a 600+" big block on alcohol and was putting out 3300hp so its capable of being stupid if I wanted to go there. Im planning on having several different gear ratios to try out and hopefully find the sweet spot for my setup. What gears did you run?
On a pro street car both a rossler 400 and powerglide we ran 4:30 gears. With the 400 we struggled with tire shake bad!!! Broke tons of parts. Then switched to powerglide and rarely shook tires. I believe our best 60ft was 0.94. We consistantly did 0.97-0.98. Not bad for a old redone a few time skinny kid race car. Heavy too. With driver 2650 lbs.

Wow pretty sick car. Only reason I'm running a 400 now is the weight of these pigs.

What size tire will u be running?

Before this car we had a fox body car with a 400 in motor and a "small" F3 with 28.5x10W tire. Think car weighed 3200-3300 lbs??? Can't remember. Long time ago. We struggled to get that car off the line. Shitty local built chassis ad the guy knew d!ck all about setting it up for the power we were making. We were always trying to take power away to get it off the line. I believe our best with that car was a 7:80 @ 170 mph. Got frustrated with it. SOLD it and bought the used skinny car.

Many, many all nighters those 10 years of racing!!!! Had allot of fun but also cut allot of years off my life!!!! LoL!!!

You are so dang much fun to watch. I can't wait to see you run this bad boy this year! I want to line Ruby up beside you & have a blast watching you blow me off the track! Then I want to take a ride!
