How do you install a Personal Device Interface Module

I was wondering how you install a Personal Device Interface Module and is it a pain the butt to do? lol

There is a DIY for installing it but you'll need to take it to a dealer to have the radio programmed to recognize the PDIM.

I would call around to different dealers and ask them if they've done the programming before since most dealers tend to not know what they're doing and have people make multiple trips or tell customers it can't be done when it's a simple process that many of us have already had done.

My dealer wants $195.00 for the PDIM...or $242.00 installed and programmed...seems reasonable...
