Anyone hear a brake lock up?

I have about 500 miles on it now.
ever since the weather got cold, when i start it up, and wait for it to warm up, there is a weird kind of ticking(thumping) noise coming from the rear. I guess it is the fuel pump?
Also when I was backing up and hit the brakes, i heard a loud thump, i thought i ran over something. but i think it sounded like a brake.
when i got home and ws backing up, i heard it again and the pedal felt weird, and i could hear a sound coming from the the pedal area. it sounded like brake fluid rushing through a line.
i checked the brake fluid. and it was full
anyone else have this problem?

yes. heard the same noise this summer and thought exactly the same thing. no problems since. however, now that the weather is colder my brakes are squeeking.

If you have any moisture on your rotors when you park, overnight the Brembo pads will "Rust/weld" to the rotor. The end result being that when you try to take off the next day you break the bond between the pads and rotors, when they finally break loose it can make a hell of a pop. It scared the crap out of me the first time.
No real way to keep this from happening in cold weather in my experiance.
