Regal GS

Okay so this may be a dumb question but I figured who better to ask than the C5 community. My wife is thinking of trading in her 2012 VW Jetta for either a Regal GS or a Camaro. Now I know this is the Camaro forum so don't bite my head off for asking lol which would be the better route? thanks in advance everyone!

Lol great point! She has said she would be happy with either and likes how both drive. She just isn't sure which she likes more.

Find out which one caught her attention more. Which Camaro did she drive if it's the V6 test drive the V8 for the fun of it and maybe her mind will sway towards the Camaro more hehe.

Buick Regal is actually pretty nice..if she has a hard time seeing out of the Camaro then hands down the regal.

But by all means the right car is the car she chooses.

I really like those regals, the veranos too. I've always loved Buicks though.

I have both. I have a 2013 Regal GS with the automatic, sunroof and the automatic. I like it, though it is night and day compared to the Camaro. I added the Trifecta tune and it is pretty quick. The only other thing I added was a drop in K&N filter. It is pretty comfortable for long trips and I get pretty decent mileage. With a mix of 60/40 highway/city I am getting about 20-21 mpg. On long trips I am getting about 25-27 mpg.
They are two different cars so you have to decide what you want in a car. The Camaro is sweet looking American sports car but is rough compared to the refined GS.

Article from last Jan, but Buick sales have not been too soft recently. These days, US sales is not the only indicator of success.
