In my case I already had LT headers on before I installed the S/C. After using the Edelbeock tune it ran, but I also wanted adryo tune. During the dyno tune it was found that it was running very lean. So that had to be fixed. Without a dyno tune you can't verify what the tune is.

They do have their own custom tune...it's not the same as the Magnuson one.
If you need a dealer in the Bay Area. Call Ryan Ford @ Tracy Chevrolet they install super chargers, cams, heads or what ever you want. Tell him Kaler sent you.

I tuned a 2012 camaro today with a Supercharged package on it. It was a beautiful black convertible. The canned tune was a little leaner than expected. I was expecting it to be fat, and it wasnt. Low end driving, the car's canned tune was perfect. WOT was high 11 low 12s.

Because it was lean, it had about 5 to 3 degrees of knock and held it through the powerband. I wont name the brand, but its a well known brand installed by the dealership

with some fine tuning, I had it in the mid 11s and also got rid of the KR. I changed the tranmission setting for a quicker shift which the owner really loved.

A very nice package.

I have a valley oil leak from my supercharger and although the dealership says that Magnuson is sending out a new valley for no charge, they are NOT covering the labor to replace it (600 bucks) Its a known problem by Magnuson and they have had 2 revisions since the problem was discovered. I only have 2300 miles on mine and I have a catch can and it has never been beat. Im waiting to see if they step up and take care of their known problem and reimburse me for the labor.

Maggie will warranty their drivetrain extension ONLY if it is installed by a certified mechanic or certified dealer. The maggie website will give you a list of them in your area. Don't let the pretty installation manual that comes with them fool you into doing it yourself if you want that extended warranty. They will warranty for extended mileage however.

And forget the aftermarket exhaust or cold air intake. After reading through the warranty, I decided to pass on it and turn up the boost.

I have a SLP zl585 package and when the bearing went south on my Maggie SLP warranty'd it. I requested to go through my preferred performance dealer instead of my local chevy dealer and they said no problem!
