How would you order your 6th gen?

What we know:
It will be a RWD coupe, the LT1 will be the V8 engine option
(as well as lighter and all that)

What we can reasonably expect:
A convertible option
The LGX will be the V6 (3.6L)
TR6070 7 speed manual
8L90 8 speed auto (V8)
8L45 8 speed auto (V6)
Magnetic ride suspension (at least as a option)
It will be offered in white, black, red, silver, and some shade of blue.
The same trim options as the 5th gen (LS, LT, 1SS, 2SS, etc)
SS will get the V8, other trims will get the V6, unless they also offer the turbo 4, in which case I don't know what you'd call those trim options (TS, TT..?)

What I'm hoping for:
Orange as a color option
A 1LE package with a flat black hood, black wheels, and better gearing
(like the 5th gen)
A color HUD on a 1SS

I'd order a 1SS coupe 1LE with the manual in orange.

How would you order yours and what are you (realistically) hoping for?

Turbo 4 or V8
Auto either way (this will be my DD)
1LE if its similar to that of the 5th gen
Medium blue (or ashen gray if a medium blue isn't offered)

Other than that, it depends on how bundled the packages are, and what options GM makes available. I don't want to buy $8k worth of stuff just to get one feature I like.

I would like auto unlock doors, or at least locks with the button on the door handle, and a push button start. My keys never have to come out of my pocket to operate my vehicle right now, and I will not even consider a car that isn't set up that way.

One touch driver and passenger windows would be good too.

well, we know the packages are coming...that's how the keep the costs down right...i hate it but it is what it is.

I expect Push Button start on all models and trims, i agree, should absolutely be there. I guess if not, it won't keep me from buying it, but i'd be a little pissed.

I'm curious, why does everyone seem to want push button start? It seems like it would be more fun to turn the key and fire it up as opposed to getting in and hitting a button. I've never driven a vehicle with push button start, which is why I asked. As far as packages, I'm kind of hoping for a lightweight, little technology package myself (no LTE, Wifi, park assist, etc) that would make the car both a little lighter and a little cheaper (like the charger's super bee option).

yes, I do know some friends who ask the same thing, they love to turn the key. I'm just into technology and like the fact that I can have the key in my pocket, walk up to the car and it unlocks, get in and hit the button without removing the key from my pocket...IDK...i like that.

I should probably test drive both before too...but I did test drive both in ZL1, and man...what a difference in enjoyment, didn't care for the auto at all, but huge smile on my face getting out of the manual.

White 1LE (if available) 1SS (unless the options I want only come on the 2SS)
TR6070
Recaro's (I really hate leather lol)
Sun/Moon roof
Push Button would be nice but either way I'm good

All the rest can be ironed out once I actually go to order one lol

Doesn't Recaros imply plain-jane, no memory/heating/cooling/power-anything? Just better lumbar bolstering and slots for a 5 point harness?
