Roto-fab vs. CAI cold air induction

Anyone have options on which one of these is better on a 6.2L M6? Interested in quality of workmanship, performance, and ease of installation.

Thanks

I have the Roto Fab X5. I went with it because it is upgradeable for my future goal of a SC. I have been very happy with it. The quality is very good and I know they have made some additional performance upgrades since I bought mine. You can look through this forum and you will find different opinions from everyone.

Just installed my Rotofab. I really like it, quality and performance was more than I expected. And I like the fact that I was able to customize it a bit. Powdercoated victory red air box, red hoses, black decals and dry air filter. The price through Maryland Speed was still lower than a CAI I believe. I think both brands are two of the best, but I would get a Rotofab!

You couldn't go wrong wither either system. They both install easy, look and perform great. You can upgrade both of them these days to fit a Magnacharger or Whipple supercharger to.

I installed the Roto Fab onto my 2011 2SS/RS VR Vert and love it. Next up is an exhaust...but it looks great, was easy to install..and gives some extra love at WOT:

Roto-Fab here to. Love the look, get alot of compliments on the fit and finish. Although i do like the CAI but for the price, i think Roto-fab is better.

Our system is super easy to install, has materials and craftsmanship found nowhere else in the industry, and has always been a top performer. Every poll taken on Camaro5 we have come out on top, we have sold thousands, and they are guaranteed for life. Let me know if you have any questions, I would be happy to help!

Im gonna go with the CAI but am installing an elite engineering catch can when it gets here. Will this affect how the PCV hose is connected to the CAI tube? Or is the line that hooks to the CAI tube a different than the inlet and outlet lines that go to the catch can. I hate new engines and all this technology. My 83 K10 with a ZZ4 crate motor is much simpler!

Thanks

I installed mine easy maybe 45 min. max. it came as the regular fininsh and I wet painted it to match the color of my car and it stays on there of course i put a few coats of clear coat. performance wise I see difference in my gas mileage I also have a SS M6 and the sound is just mean after i put my CAI with my SOLO performance exhaust. 100% satisfied. here's a pic.
