Thanks for the suggestion! But it is in fact window paint. I had to scrub it for a little bit, then wipe up all the mess and streaks, but it did come off. But yes, thankfully it was only the windows. It might have messed with my paint. Flood lights would be a good idea, except I'd probably go overboard and get some that light up the whole street.. then I'd really be targeted!

That is just a joke, if they wanted to be malicious it would've been something permanent.

I've had the same thing done to my car. It's just high school knuckle heads, being knuckle heads. I'd just be happy they didn't key it like someone did to my car back in the day while at a friends house. I still have that custom racing stripe.
