NEW Ram Air hood Pictures by Rksport

NEW IMAGES ADDED TODAY 02/08/10
CF Inlay and Underside.

Both fiberglass and Carbon Fiber are Finally finished



The total height difference is about .75 of an inch and is about .75 of an inch longer in the back then your traditional OEM hood.








UPDATED Underside picture, this image is before we made our final fiberglass inner, but you can atleast see the structure.




UPDATED Pictures were take this morning 1/08/10. The hood is not 100% installed, it's just laid on top. The Front Bumper is OEM from GM (V6) with the valance we have also in the process.





















Installed with SS Bumper













This will fit with magnacharger TVS2300. The underside is under construction..stay tuned!

Once the mold is made the hood will have the extractors, the only thing we could do is not cut out the opening leaving it not functional...the other option would be to just fill it in, which wouldn't cost much more when you have your body shop paint the hood.

Man, that's the best looking hood I've seen yet, love it!!! Although, I think it would be a really wise idea to do some "Cold Weather Testing" of the final product (preferably painted in Silver Ice Metallic!!!), just to ensure that cracking and warpage doesn't happen!!! Hey, I'm here to help you guys out!!!! You just send me a hood, and I'll bolt it on, and keep you updated. Man, can you beat that....FREE cold weather testing!!!! I am such a generous person!!!!

Thank You, we painted the hood last night gray to clean it up, so look out for pictures and it installed. Coming later today.
