I am ecstatic over the numbers so far and can't wait to pick it up and see how it feels!
Great results dude! Like somebody else mentioned, the porting really shines in those upper RPM ranges where you need every bit of airflow you can get. The LOD sure likes to RPM, I'm confident that it'll make power to 8500rpm with the valve-train to go there!

Like you mentioned below, you probably could benefit from a restall on the converter. You're not working with a surplus of torque, and lifting the car further into the rev range off the line would only benefit it. However, with your plans to add a TH400 and boost, it's probably not something I'd go through the trouble of, unless you're looking for that last tenth or so in the 60'.

LOL yeah but you would need steep gears too. My car is going no where fast in the 1/4 with the current trans/gear combo(1LE).

I am installing a RPS alum twin. I hope the car will perform better. The small clutch was great (Spec Mini Twin) but their slave cyl is absolute shitt; it failed for the 5th time, and the last time. Back to stock slave cyl and RPS now.

I am thinking the car slave was spraying clutch fluid on the flywheel at high rpm cause the car did not felt right in 3rd and over 6800, but it was an animal in 2nd gear all the way to 7900. The old clutch was done too, and there was evidence of fluid spilled everyfukingwhere
