Epic tornado winds blew my drivers door off today.

:(

on my 2010 caliber.... was going to be my trade in on a new camaro!

now iz broked! dangit!

tornados have zero respect for anybody!
dealer wants to replace the door and paint it.
so my question is, should not nature damages be fixed by insurance?
I called my insurance agent and they just all over me. they dont
want to cover it.:( but he sounded unsure as if maybe there was a possibility
they might cover it.
so what can I do to make them submit to my demands?!?!?!?
ive never delt with insurance claims before.

Depends what kind of coverage you have. They should if you have full coverage. It would be a comprehensive claim, like hail, or flood damage.

You have comprehensive insurance coverage? If so then you should be covered. If not, then "oh no!"

Something sounds fishy. Why always so much drama?

pics or it didnt happen!

i can recluse though, notta problem. just read threads and not comment. still fun.

I hate rip-off insurance companies. You feed them money your entire life whether you get in a wreck or not. If you do theres a possibility they may not want to cover it like in the OP's case or they will only cover part. On top of that you still pay a deductible. Or like what happened to me, I was hit by a drugged driver from the front going around a sharp curve so he luckily wasn't going fast. This was 9yrs ago and I was driving a 93' Mercury Cougar 5.0 a great running, never had a problem, car. I get hit, the cars supposedly totaled and my insurance cashes out. Just $3000, I couldn't get a car that good again for that price. I think insurance should be required but not at a ridiculous cost and they look for reasons not to cover your claim.

Sorry about that, but that wasn't a tornado.

That was me and Domino blowing your door off. Our bad.
